Positive Frequencies - A week of creative writing and self-expression with personal and professional development in a safe space. Reform Radio’s Well-Being Manager, Dan, will host a week-long goal-setting wellness project.

Utilising creative writing as an outlet, we will cover many topics such as Imposter Syndrome and Working Life post-covid with the opportunity to meet like-minded individuals. The project will culminate on Friday in a roundtable discussion to be recorded and shared on Reform Radio. During this discussion, participants are welcome to share their creative writing or songs inspired by the week of creativity.
